Can you write for listings in other states?
Absolutely. I’ve worked with agents from Australia, New Zealand, and the U.S. The world is my office as I write from home utilising the images you send plus other online data to create your copy.
How long will it take to write my copy?
Usually 24 hours, sometimes quicker. I’ve been in real estate long enough to know you needed that copy yesterday. I only take on three projects a day because quality matters.
How do I brief you?
Most of my clients are too busy to breathe, so email or text works just fine.
Mostly, all I need is the address, a few bullet points and sometimes a few pics.
